Summer Project.

For our Summer Project, Illustration students were asked to use ten Illustrators and/or Artists work to influence their own ten characters. Here I decided to use Mary Blair (a Concept Artist of Disney's) for this image of a little Girl.

I decided to use Gouache paints for this image because that is what Mary Blair used for most of her pictures. I quite like the effect of Gouache paints because they are easy to manipulate whereas acrylic paints and oil paints are not so much.
